Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive the product. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The 14-day period starts from the date the product was delivered to the buyer.
As a customer, you have the right to test the fragrance at home (max 2 sprays) to determine if it suits you. If you are not satisfied — for any reason — we offer free exchanges. Just reach out to us and we'll email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your original product(s), we'll send your new fragrance(s) at no extra cost.
If you instead wish to return the product for a refund, just contact us and we'll email you a prepaid return label as well.
Please note that only perfumes that have been tested carefully (max 2 sprays) are eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if any)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank — processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

Replacement Products (if applicable)
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it free of charge — just email us at hello@oneboldchemist.com and we'll send a prepaid return label along with your replacement.
