Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you receive the product. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The 14-day period starts from the date the product was delivered to the buyer.

As a customer, you have the right to test the fragrance at home (max 2 sprays) to determine if it suits you. If you are not satisfied, we offer one free exchange per order – you return the original product(s) to us, and we will send a new fragrance(s) at no extra cost. For additional exchanges (from the 2nd exchange onward), a shipping fee of 78 SEK per exchange will be charged.

If you instead wish to return the product for a refund, you are responsible for sending the product back to our return address, and you as the customer will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note that only perfumes that have been tested carefully (max 2 sprays) are eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank – processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Replacement Products (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@oneboldchemist.com.
