Shipping Information

Our shipping cost depends on the size of your order. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days. Once your package has been handed over to PostNord, you can easily track it via their app. We work with PostNord for our deliveries, but for international orders we may use other carriers.

If products are damaged during delivery, we will send new products free of charge, provided the damage is reported to us within 14 days of delivery. If a package is lost during transit, we will of course also send a new package at no cost.

We ship worldwide and adapt our delivery solutions depending on where the order is to be sent. If a package is not collected and needs to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee once more.
